: (1) For loss caused by the loss or damage of the goods accepted for transportation by the multimodal transport operator, except in cases where the multimodal transport operator declares the price of the goods to be transported before the goods are accepted for transport and mentions it in the multimodal waybill. (3) In the case of liability arising out of delay in the delivery of goods, the liability of the operator of the multimodal transport shall be limited subject to the provisions made in this regard in the multimodal transport contract.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, the liability of the multimodal transport operator shall not exceed the total value of all goods to be transported by him under the multimodal transport contract.
